These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GlowShot ("the Service"), operated by Boostera Labs Ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Company No. 11921132 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

Who can use GlowShot

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use the Service. By using GlowShot you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

The service

GlowShot restyles a selfie you upload into dating-profile photographs using third-party AI image models. You buy credits in advance, and credits are consumed each time you generate photos. The number of credits required is shown before you confirm. We may add, change, or remove looks, models, and features over time.

Your content and identity

You must only upload photographs of yourself, or photographs you have the explicit right and consent to use. You must not upload images of other people without permission, images of minors, or any unlawful, infringing, or explicit content. Generated photos are intended to remain recognisably you. You are responsible for how you use them and must not use the Service to deceive, impersonate, or misrepresent identity in a way that causes harm.

Accounts and security

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for all activity under your GlowShot account. We may suspend or limit access to your account if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms or in a way that poses a security or legal risk.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-transferable. They have no cash value except as expressly required by applicable consumer law. Pricing is shown in your selected currency (USD, EUR, GBP or KZT) on the Pricing page and at checkout, and the two match. Failed generations are refunded automatically to your credit balance.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, generate unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the photographs you generate are yours to use. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated imagery may contain imperfections and is not guaranteed to be accurate or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence, including your right to bring proceedings before your local courts where applicable law grants you that right.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
