Credits & billing
How does pricing actually work?+
You buy credits in packs, then spend them per shot. Each look's cost is derived from the underlying model's compute rate plus a flat markup — so the price is honest, not arbitrary. No subscriptions, no seats, no minimums.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits sit in your balance until you spend them. There's nothing recurring to cancel and nothing that lapses if you take a month off.
What happens if a generation fails?+
You're refunded automatically. A failed shot returns its credits to your balance the moment it errors out — you only ever pay for photos that actually land.
Do I need a card just to look around?+
No. New accounts start with 4 free credits — enough for your first shot — and you can explore the whole product with just an email. Paid top-ups go live at launch.
Looks & quality
Will I still look like myself?+
Yes — that's the core promise. Your selfie is the reference, so your face and features are preserved. We only change lighting, wardrobe, grooming, and background.
What resolution do I get?+
Every look delivers a high-resolution 2K portrait, framed 4:5 — ideal for dating apps and social profiles.
How many looks are there?+
Five signature looks: Studio, Golden Hour, Professional, Casual-Cool, and Adventure. Each restyles the same selfie in a different direction.
What makes a good selfie to upload?+
A clear, front-facing photo with even lighting and your face unobstructed. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or group shots — the cleaner the input, the better the result.
Rights & usage
Can I use the photos anywhere?+
Yes. Photos you generate are yours to use on any dating app or social profile. Check the model-provider terms for any edge cases around restricted content.
Where are my photos stored?+
We re-host every output on our own storage so your links never rot or expire. You can download the original file anytime from your gallery.
Do you train on my selfies or photos?+
No. Your uploads and results are yours. See the Privacy Policy in the footer for the full detail on what we store and why.
Account & data
How do I sign in?+
Email plus a one-time code — no passwords to forget. Enter your address, grab the code we send, and you're in.
Can I delete my account?+
Anytime, from Settings. Deleting removes your account, remaining credits, and generated photos permanently — it can't be undone.
Can I get an invoice for a purchase?+
Yes. Every credit-pack top-up generates a downloadable invoice, archived under Invoices in your dashboard.
