This Payment Policy applies to purchases of credits on GlowShot, operated by Boostera Labs Ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Company No. 11921132.

Credits

GlowShot is billed using prepaid credits. You buy credits in packs or a custom amount, then spend them to generate photos. The credit cost of each look is shown before you confirm.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select (USD, EUR, GBP or KZT) on the Pricing page and at checkout, and the two match. Applicable taxes, where charged, are shown before you confirm.

Payment processing

Card payments are handled by our third-party payment provider through a secure checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Pre-launch mode

During pre-launch, top-ups may be granted in a test mode without charging a card, so the product can be evaluated end to end. When live card processing is enabled, checkout will charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance. You are only charged credits for photos that are successfully produced.

Receipts

Every completed top-up generates an invoice available under Invoices in your dashboard.
