This Cancellation Policy applies to GlowShot, operated by Boostera Labs Ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Company No. 11921132.

No subscriptions

GlowShot does not use subscriptions. You buy credits as you need them, and there is nothing recurring to cancel. Credits remain in your balance until you choose to use them.

Cancelling a purchase

Credits are delivered to your balance immediately after a successful top-up. Where a purchase has not yet been used and applicable consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, you may cancel that purchase by contacting us — see the Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, any remaining credits, and your generated photos. This cannot be undone.
