Specialist Agreement

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This Specialist Agreement ("Agreement") is a supplement to, and forms part of, the general GlowShot Terms of Service. It applies to you if you apply to, or are approved as, a specialist (retoucher, stylist, or photo-direction professional) in the GlowShot specialist network, operated by Boostera Labs Ltd, Kemp House, 160 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX, Company No. 11921132 ("we", "us", "our"). If anything here conflicts with the general Terms of Service on a matter specific to the specialist network, this Agreement governs.

Independent contractor status

You take part in the specialist network as an independent contractor, not as an employee, worker, partner, or agent of GlowShot. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You are responsible for your own tax, national insurance/social security, and any business registration obligations that apply to you in your country of residence.

Application and approval

Every application is reviewed personally before approval. We may ask for identity and address verification documents as part of that review, request more information, or decline an application without being required to give a reason. Approval is at our discretion and does not guarantee any minimum volume of work or income.

How work and payment for it are arranged

Once approved, you are listed in the member-facing specialist directory. Members may request work directly from your profile. You set your own rate and agree the scope, delivery, and payment for that work directly with the member — GlowShot is not a party to that arrangement, does not process or hold payment for it, and does not guarantee it will be honoured. You are solely responsible for collecting payment from members for work you perform for them.

Payout requests

Separately from any arrangement you make directly with a member, you may request a payout through your specialist dashboard, optionally referencing a completed job for context. We review every payout request manually and, once approved, pay it out by bank transfer or another method we specify. There is no fixed schedule, minimum amount guarantee, or automatic payment rail — approval and timing are at our discretion, and we may decline or request more information about a payout request at any time, including where we have concerns about the underlying work or your compliance with this Agreement.

Work product and licence

As between you and a member, ownership of the deliverables you produce for that member is a matter for you and the member to agree directly. Where you deliver final files through the GlowShot platform, you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to the requesting member, on the same basis that GlowShot already stores and displays generated photos to its members.

Conduct and professional standards

You must perform any work you take on professionally, keep member communications and materials confidential, and must not use materials a member shares with you for any purpose beyond the requested work. You must not misrepresent your credentials, experience, or approval status. Nothing you produce is reviewed or guaranteed by GlowShot — you are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and lawfulness of your own work product, and GlowShot disclaims liability for it to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Removal from the network

We may suspend or remove you from the specialist network at any time, including for a breach of this Agreement, conduct that poses a risk to members or to GlowShot, or if your application information is found to be false. You may stop participating at any time by ceasing to accept new requests and, if you wish, asking us to remove your profile from the directory.

Unspent balance and termination

Approved payout requests already submitted before removal or your own departure from the network remain subject to our normal manual review and are not automatically forfeited by removal or departure alone; we will process any payout request already submitted on its merits. Removal or departure does not entitle you to any minimum payout, and does not affect the terms of any arrangement you made directly with a member before that point, which remains between you and that member.

Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of it, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where reasonably practicable, notified to approved specialists.
